Returns

- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

- Certain items are non-returnable

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at lerosejewels@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. 

Refund Process:

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within [7-10 business days].

- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

 

 

Shipping Methods

- Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery. 

Shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Processing Time
